1.)    How and when will my order ship? 

All orders will ship the same day on orders placed between Monday thru Friday 9a to 5pm est.  We have $5 flat rate shipping on all orders $49.99 and under, and free standard ground shipping for orders over $50. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will ship the next LB Auto Parts business day.  There are two easy ways to track your UPS shipment, first would be to click the link in the email that was sent to you upon confirmation of shipment, and the second by logging in to your account and viewing your order’s status.  LB Auto Parts is proud of its 98% fill rate and we don’t shut our doors until every order has been picked, packed and shipped down the road. Overnight and second day shipping also available upon request for an additional charge.  Please refer to the shipping schedule and map to see transit days from our location to yours.  Any orders placed thru USPS will not have tracking information available, but standard mail is an estimated 2-8 days.

2.)    Do you warranty your parts?

LB Auto Parts warrants purchased products that are properly stored and free of defects, and for original form, fit and function, for a period of twelve months from the date of receipt by the customer.  There are restrictions on all installed parts, please contact any of our sales reps and discuss your options for a return.

3.)    What is your parts return policy?

Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact any of our sales reps, they will be happy to help you with your return.  LB Auto Parts Motors is proud of our excellent customer service and the day you request an item to be returned, a carrier call tag will be issued.  There are no restocking fee’s and the only reason a refund would not be issued is if there was damage due to negligence, alteration, accident, improper installation, or use for a purpose other than which the product was originally designed for and approved by the manufacturer or billed hours for installation.  All returns are subject to inspections.

Currently, LB Auto Parts extends 30 day terms to dealerships and businesses only.  We will send a statement to you at the end of each month reflecting that months purchases, we and accept checks and all major credit cards for payment.  We will work directly with your accounting department to ensure a hassle free experience for your buyer; we also offer additional discounts for early payment. 7.)    What is “Inventory protection” and how does it work?

Our twelve month inventory protection program is exclusive to LB Auto Parts and is what sets us apart from other online retailers.  If your part does not sell in twelve months you may return it for full credit, and in addition we do not charge a “restocking fee”.

8.)    I am a dealership or business and profitability is important for my company, how do I know how much I’ve saved off of factory pricing?

We make that easy for you; your packing slip is your invoice and it has your total savings calculated for you on the bottom.  If you would like to know your savings before your package arrives just contact our accounting department or any sales representative who can email or fax the invoice directly to you. 

9.)    How do I know for sure that this is the part that I need?

Since we are not a dealer, we do not have a way to research the exact part (or part number) you are in need of based on your application information.  However, if you purchased the item from us, and realize it is not the correct item you need and it remains brand new, uninstalled, we will happy to exchange the item for the correct one needed, or retain a credit for you on our site for future purposes.

10.)    Can I add to my order once it’s been submitted?

We have free standard shipping on all orders over $50; anything under will be a $5 flat-rate shipping charge.
